I'm looking to benchmark my GPU to ensure it's functioning properly and not underperforming. Is Furmark a good choice for this purpose?

For GPU benchmarking, I recommend using 3DMark. It's popular and gives you a score to compare with similar setups. Furmark might show if your GPU can handle stress, but it doesn’t reflect real-world gaming scenarios accurately.
Furmark is mostly a stress test rather than a true benchmark. It really pushes your GPU to its limits, mainly for thermal testing. It's not ideal if you're trying to measure actual gaming performance.

Right! I've found that stress tests can sometimes show stability, but they don't cover all edge cases. My GPU passed Furmark but still had issues under different loads.
