I'm trying to understand what a mobile router actually is and how it works. I'm currently stationed in a remote area where the camp's WiFi isn't reliable, especially for gaming on my PS5. I have a phone with unlimited hotspot data that I want to use for online gaming. Is it possible to connect a mobile router to my phone to enhance the signal and reduce lag? Any insights or advice would be super appreciated!

Keep in mind that some carriers might block the usage of mobile routers. So, it's wise to check the terms of your plan. You don’t want to set up everything and find out you get blocked later.
