I have a problem with my PC's RAM capacity since all the available RAM slots are occupied. My motherboard is an old Z270 model, which has two slots that are filled with DDR4 modules. I also have some spare DDR3 RAM sticks lying around. Is there any device or card available that would allow me to use those DDR3 pieces via the PCIe slots on my motherboard?

Just to clarify, while in theory, anything that fits can go into a slot, it doesn’t mean it will work. Unfortunately, DDR3 RAM cannot be used through a PCIe slot, and converting it is not something that's supported on typical consumer motherboards.
Unfortunately, you can’t add RAM in the PCIe slot. RAM modules specifically need to be in the right slots designed for them, and there aren't adapters or cards that can convert PCIe to DDR3 slots for your setup.
Adding RAM through a PCIe slot is generally not feasible unless your motherboard supports something like CXL, which most older boards do not. So, it seems you're out of luck there.
