I'm currently running an i5 10400f with 16GB of 2666MHz RAM and an RTX 3060 Ti on an H410 motherboard. I'm considering an upgrade with the following components: a Ryzen 7 5800X, Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3200MHz RAM, an ASUS TUF B550M Plus WiFi motherboard, and a Thermalright air cooler—all for about 2400 SAR (around $640). Given the current economic situation, do you think this upgrade is worth it? I hope this will set me up for a future upgrade to an RTX 5070.

You might want to think twice before making that switch. You could achieve similar performance by just swapping in a 10700KF, but even that might not be the best bang for your buck right now considering current prices. I'd suggest saving a bit longer for AM5 or at least LGA1700 and sticking with your planned DDR4 RAM for now.
So basically, you're saying it's better to hold off and wait for prices to drop? My budget is really tight, about $650, and I can't stretch it further.
