Help! My PC Won’t Display Anything and the DRAM Light is Yellow

Hey everyone! I recently built my first PC last July with some guidance from my uncle and support from my dad, who's been into PCs for a while. Everything was going great until December when something went wrong. Now, when I turn on my PC, all the RGB lights are on, and the fans are running, but the motherboard's DRAM light is stuck on yellow or orange, and I can't get any display — it just shows a Phantom Gaming logo followed by a "No Display" message.

Here's what I've tried to fix the issue:
- Cleared the CMOS and used the flashback button to reset the BIOS.
- Changed the RAM around in all slots with different configurations.
- Removed and reseated the CPU.
- Tried running the PC without the GPU.
- Connected the monitor directly to the motherboard.
- Tested all DisplayPort and HDMI options with different monitors.
- Sent the motherboard to ASUS for repair after several support chats; they said they found no issues, reflashed the BIOS, and sent it back.

A couple of important notes:
- The toughest games I played were Planet Zoo and BG3 on medium-to-low settings, plus some Photoshop and InDesign work.
- Just a week before this happened, I updated Windows, but everything was fine until it failed.
- I discovered during troubleshooting that my original RAM isn't technically compatibility-approved with my motherboard, so I bought new, compatible sticks and redid all the troubleshooting — still no luck.

Here are my specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor
- CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition
- Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI ATX AM5
- Original Memory: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
- New Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5
- Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB M.2 NVME
- Video Card: MSI Ventus 2X PLUS OC GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB
- Power Supply: MSI MAG A750GL 750W Gold Certified
- Monitors: ASRock PG27QFT2A 27.0" 2560 x 1440 180 Hz (2)

I'm hesitant to take it to a shop because I'm worried about voiding the warranty on my parts. Any suggestions or advice would be super helpful! Thanks!

Have you been able to access the BIOS at all? I'm curious to know if that Phantom Gaming logo is linked to your monitor or your motherboard. Also, some motherboards have an issue where integrated graphics get disabled when a dedicated GPU is plugged in. After removing the GPU, you might need to clear the CMOS again to enable the onboard graphics. Give that a shot! If you can’t get into BIOS, that could indicate a deeper issue with your motherboard or connections.

Testing your RAM or GPU in another machine could help pinpoint the issue. Sometimes, when a GPU is removed, the integrated graphics don’t activate unless you clear the CMOS. I understand you might not have access to another PC, and that complicates things. Try redoing the clearance after taking out the GPU. Best of luck!
