Why is my Ryzen 7 5800X stuck at 4.2 GHz?

I'm facing a bit of an issue with my Ryzen 7 5800X. It's currently running at a constant speed of 4.2 GHz, and I only noticed this after installing an AIO cooler. I thought I'd see some improvement in clock speeds, but it seems like nothing has changed. I've tinkered with some settings, and I'm wondering if this is a common problem or if my configuration is just not optimal. Here's what I'm working with:

- Motherboard: Asus Prime B550M-A AC
- Windows Power Plan: Optimal
- Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO): Enabled in AI Tweaker, "Motherboard" set in AMD Overclock
- BIOS Profile: Normal
- AMD CPU Enhancements: Enabled
- Overclock Tuner: Keep Current Settings

According to HWinfo, my max clock speed can go up to 4.8 GHz, but during Cinebench benchmarks, it stays locked at 4.2 GHz. What else can I check or adjust?

It's normal for all-core speeds to be lower than the advertised single-core boost speeds. The 4.2 GHz you're seeing might just be the limit your CPU can hit on all cores without bumping up the voltage.
