Help! My Asrock X470 ITX Won’t Boot After BIOS Update

I recently updated the BIOS on my Asrock X470 ITX motherboard to support a new 5900XT graphics card that I was upgrading from a 5700X. After completing the update, my system powers on but then shows a black screen for 30 seconds before restarting. This cycle just keeps repeating. I've tried clearing the CMOS, booting with one stick of RAM, and holding the power button, but nothing seems to work. Unfortunately, my model doesn't have Asrock's flashback feature. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What can I do to get my system back up and running?

First, let's check if you’ve tried the basics. Make sure you power off completely, unplug the power supply, and then hold the power button for a few seconds to drain any remaining power. Sometimes, it takes a few minutes and a couple of reboots after a BIOS update for the system to stabilize—did you give it enough time? Also, when you cleared the CMOS, was the power off? That can sometimes affect the reset. If you haven't already, try reinstalling your old 5700X to see if that helps.

Thanks for the tips! I still have the 5700X in place, but I let it cycle through several boot loops without anything showing on the display. I did clear the CMOS twice while unplugged.
