I just built my first PC, which has an 8GB GPU (3070) and a Ryzen 7 5700G processor. I've tried everything to maximize its performance, but I'm still only seeing frame rates between 100 to 220 FPS on low settings, and it frequently drops below that. What can I do to improve this situation?

What game are you playing? If lowering the graphics settings isn’t giving you better performance, your CPU might be holding things back. The 5700G isn’t the fastest, especially in games that favor high single-core performance. That could be why you're not seeing the FPS you expect. Check your CPU usage while gaming to see if it’s maxed out!
Not all games are the same when it comes to performance. Have you checked benchmarks for the 3070 on platforms like YouTube? If you find that others with the same GPU are getting way more FPS, your CPU could be the bottleneck. The 5700G is noticeably slower than something like the Ryzen 5 5600, especially under heavy loads. If your GPU isn’t maxing out, it’s a sign of that bottleneck.
Thanks, I suspected that might be the issue. If I upgrade my CPU, would I see better and more stable FPS?

I'm playing a lot of esports titles like Siege, Fortnite, and Overwatch.
