I'm experiencing a frustrating issue where my display randomly stutters, but the FPS value doesn't change. Sometimes, videos show clear frames where the display seems frozen. I've checked with journalctl, but there are no obvious errors or messages to help diagnose the issue. I recently updated my EndeavourOS system through yay roughly three weeks ago, and the problems started right after that. Unfortunately, I didn't create a snapshot before updating, so I can't tell if the update caused the problem or if it's something else. My PC specs include a 9060xt graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and an R5 5600 CPU. The monitor is connected with an HDMI cable that came with it (MAG 255F E20), and I don't have spare cables to swap in for testing. Everything else seems normal; CPU, GPU, and memory usage and temperatures are all within acceptable ranges. This wasn't an issue before the update, and I built this PC quite recently, which was my first time doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated—I might consider reinstalling if I can't find a solution after seeking advice.

First off, try checking if your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, after an update, you might need to reinstall or update the drivers for your GPU. You can do this using your package manager. Also, seeing as you mentioned stuttering, check if you have "TearFree" enabled in your driver settings; that might help with display issues. If you haven't already, testing with a different HDMI cable could be beneficial too, as cables can sometimes cause weird problems without visible damage. Let us know if any of that helps!
It sounds like it could be a software conflict from the updates. If you have a pacman log, that could help us identify what got changed or updated. Since you didn't create a snapshot, my recommendation would be to try booting into an older kernel if available, just to see if the stutter persists. If nothing works, a fresh install could definitely reset things, but let's try troubleshooting first!
