I'm trying to find an effective desk booking solution for our hybrid work setup. Currently, we're using Logitech Flex Docks with LogiTune, which has worked well for booking desks from PCs and phones. The dock displays whether a desk is occupied or available, making it super convenient. However, we've recently learned that this product line will be phased out without any replacement planned, so we're on the hunt for alternatives.
We need software that allows desk bookings from both PC/Mac and iOS devices. It's also important that we have a way to easily see if a desk is booked when walking through the office without needing to check a device. Ideally, we'd like to be able to book a desk on the spot if it's unoccupied. The Logitech solution did this well, so I'm eager to hear any recommendations you all might have!

We’ve been using Robin for desk bookings, and while it’s not flawless, it gets the job done pretty well. It might be worth giving it a try!
Have you heard about plans for the Flex Dock’s end of life? We use them with Zoom for scheduling, and they work fine for us. It might be worth checking with your supplier for official notices to see if there are any updates on replacements.
I recommend looking at a few options and seeing if any fit your needs, especially for visual indicators. It could help streamline the booking process!
Have you considered using Teams and Places? With recent licensing changes, it could be a good alternative because it integrates better with Teams and Outlook for bookings. Plus, you can use any Teams Panel as a supplement if needed, although I know it’s a bummer about the Flex Docks being discontinued!
Yeah, I heard from CDW that there are only a few Flex Docks left! We were planning to get a bunch as well, and it was a shock finding out they’re stopping production.
Do you need a physical indicator like lights or tablets on each desk? In previous offices, we’d upload a desk layout and use dashboards to display booking status, which worked nicely with a mounted screen showing availability at the entrance.

I spoke with our CDW rep too, and they confirmed that they're done with the Flex Dock. Apparently, there’s also a manufacturing issue that made it too costly to continue.
