I'm planning to build a computer after a decade and need some input. My primary uses will be work and gaming. I want to use the Ncase M2 Grater and I already have a 2GB M.2 SSD. Here's my proposed build: [link to build]. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to reconsider the 128GB of RAM; it's a lot unless you're running some really demanding applications. A 64GB setup could allow you to invest in a better GPU like the RTX 5080 or the RX 9070, which generally offers more VRAM and better performance for gaming while being similarly priced to the 5070.

Thanks for the input! I'll definitely check out the RX 9070 since video cards are usually my weak point. Also, I'm into multiboxing in MMORPGs, so I'm weighing whether the high RAM cost will be worth it. Plus, I'm considering downgrading to a 9800x3d due to the compact nature of my build and cooling concerns.

Just a heads up, 48GB is often considered the sweet spot because of single rank RAM. For an AMD Ryzen setup, 128GB can be a bit overkill since it's dual rank, especially when you could get better performance with a true HEDT platform if needed. A 9070 is solid for gaming, but Nvidia typically excels for workstation tasks.
