I'm looking for recommendations on tools for getting website reviews from clients. I've been struggling with a mix of PDF documents, comments on Adobe XD files, feedback in Figma, and even a Word document filled with screenshots. It's been a real hassle, and I'm aware there are some better tools out there, but I don't have any hands-on experience with them. Ideally, I'd like something that's site agnostic, like a JavaScript library or a system that can use iframes, since the projects I work on vary a lot in platforms and technologies, including both static sites and CMS-driven ones.

Have you looked into BugHerd? I've heard good things about it for client reviews, but I'd love to hear from someone who's actually used it before.
Getting client feedback through Word docs is a total nightmare! Instead of dealing with messy PDFs, I highly recommend checking out tools like BugHerd or Runable. They allow clients to click directly on the live site to leave comments, which really cuts down on the confusion and back-and-forth.

I thought the Word document was a joke too! Apparently, it’s their 'best way to provide feedback' – what a pain!
