I've been noticing this weird webhook task popping up every time I start my computer now. It wasn't there before, but I recently downloaded something that may have hacked into my system. I'm really concerned that someone might still have access to my PC. The message shows my local IP address (which is blank), a port number, and what seems to be a different IP address labeled "bind." Can anyone help me figure out what this is and why it's happening?

If you got hacked after downloading something, it's probably best to reinstall Windows using a USB stick. And definitely make sure to secure your accounts afterward.
That sounds like it could be a UDP server or a network testing tool that got installed along with that download. If you didn't install it yourself, it may have come from the infected file. Make sure to run a full antivirus scan ASAP!

I did a scan with Malwarebytes and Windows security. Malwarebytes found around 10 threats yesterday and quarantined them, but Windows security didn't pick up anything before that.
