Honestly, your build looks a bit pricey. For what you have, a similar prebuilt should cost around $1,800 to $2,100. Even with taxes, you should be able to stay well under your budget. I'd suggest checking out prebuilt options if you can. They might save you some cash!
I hear you, but I'm under 3,100 at least. I'm closer to 2,900 USD, and I'm trying to buy from Amazon.de for some cheaper prices too. What's making it overpriced?
