What Should I Upgrade for Better Gaming Performance?

I'm not super tech-savvy, but I'm trying to improve my gaming setup. I currently have a Ryzen 5 5600 processor, 16GB of RAM, and an RTX 3050 graphics card. I mostly play modded Minecraft and Fortnite, along with some other games occasionally. I've noticed a 7% GPU bottleneck when I checked, and when hosting modded Minecraft worlds, I experience significant frame drops when new chunks load. I usually allocate 8GB of RAM for Minecraft. My GPU sometimes hits 100% usage according to the in-game metrics, but Task Manager shows it peaking at about 70-80%, while RAM usage goes up to around 90%. However, I don't have any major performance issues with Fortnite, maintaining around 165fps capped. I have a budget of $400 to $500 for upgrades. Any advice?

You might want to look at upgrading your GPU. The RTX 3070 Ti or 3080 could significantly boost your gaming performance, especially for Minecraft and other games that handle graphics-heavy scenarios. New models like the RX 9060 XT and B580 are also decent, but check the used market because you might snag a great deal on the older top-tier cards.
