Why won’t my GPU turn on after reseating it?

I took my GPU out for a cleaning and reseated it, but now my PC won't turn on at all. I double-checked all my connections, and I made sure to power off my power supply before opening the case. I only handled the GPU; nothing else was touched, so I'm confused about what might be wrong. Any ideas?

First off, check if there are any signs of power coming from the PC. Did you turn the power supply back on after cleaning? If you don't see any lights or hear any fans, it could be a power issue. Make sure everything is plugged in securely. Sometimes, connections can come loose during reseating—so it might help to unplug everything and then plug it all back in.

Yeah, I once missed a loose cable when I reseated my GPU. Also, remember that little power button cord attached to the motherboard can sometimes get bumped. It's usually right under the GPU.
