I'm trying to get rid of the autofill bar that appears at the top of Chrome on my iPhone. I've already switched off the autofill passwords setting in my iPhone's settings and just updated the app, but it's still there. Does anyone know how to completely remove it?

You might also need to clear out any saved info in the Google password manager. That could help if the autofill features are still popping up after adjusting the settings.
Even after you disable autofill in your iPhone settings, Chrome sometimes keeps that autofill bar visible until you restart the app. To get rid of it, you should check the specific Chrome settings. Look for the sections regarding payment methods and addresses, and make sure to toggle those off too. If it's still showing up, your Google account might be syncing the data back, so it's worth double-checking your sync settings.
