Hey everyone, I'm struggling with my PC's performance lately. I primarily use it for gaming, and I'm facing issues even with lighter games like Counter Strike, which would freeze and crash unexpectedly. I've noticed my GPU percentage drops dramatically from about 90% down to as low as 20% or even 0% at times. I've tried reinstalling my Nvidia drivers multiple times, including safe mode installs, but the problem persists, although not as severely.
Recently, I started playing Cyberpunk, which is a much heavier game. Initially, I didn't have major problems, apart from some crashes, but I've experienced two Blue Screens of Death in quick succession, leading me to stop using it for a while. After a break, it seemed to fix itself, but now I can't even load my save in Cyberpunk without it crashing again, with my GPU falling before the shutdown. I also tried to play Counter Strike again, but it wasn't responsive, and a restart took an unusually long time—about 5 minutes. My setup is fairly strong, featuring an RTX 4060, AMD 5 7500F, 32GB RAM, a 1TB SSD, and a secondary 500GB SSD I don't use much.
Can anyone shed light on what might be causing these issues? Should I consider taking it to a repair shop?

It sounds like you might have some serious issues with your system. The first step I recommend is to check for dump files from those Blue Screens. You can find them in the C:WindowsMinidump directory. If you have any there, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site for analysis. It helps to have multiple dump files for a thorough investigation. If you're not sure how to access this, just google it or ask for help!
