Panasonic TV Can’t Connect to WiFi: Help Needed!

I'm having trouble with my Panasonic TV. It recognizes my home network, but it keeps saying that it can't connect to the internet. I got an error message: 'Connection to server failed. (007)'. This started happening just today—my TV was working perfectly fine before, and now I can't access YouTube. I've tried both my 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks, and neither works. I've also set my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and switched it between manual and auto a few times, but nothing changes. I've reset my router and unplugged the TV multiple times as well. I heard I should set the date and time on the TV, but I can't find that option anywhere. Any advice would be appreciated!

You could try using your phone as a hotspot to see if the TV connects that way. If it does, then the issue is likely with your home network. If the TV still won't connect, it could be a hardware problem. In that case, you might want to consider getting a streaming device to bypass the issue entirely. I faced a similar problem with my Samsung TV, and it turned out to be an unfixable hardware issue.

Have you checked if your router keeps a log of why the connection is failing? Also, if your Panasonic TV has an Ethernet port, you might want to try connecting it with a cable just to troubleshoot if it’s a WiFi issue. Sometimes a firmware update can fix these types of problems once you get internet access to the TV.
