I'm looking to put together a gaming PC with a budget of £2,500. I want to include an RTX 5080 graphics card and an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU. Could anyone suggest the rest of the components I'll need while staying within budget? I'll mainly be playing AAA titles as well as Valorant. Thanks in advance!

Another good option is to use this build:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - £378.99
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit EVO - £43.59
- **Motherboard:** MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK WIFI - £179.99
- **Memory:** Klevv FIT V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 - £299.99
- **Storage:** Crucial T500 2 TB NVME SSD - £229.95
- **GPU:** Palit GamingPro GeForce RTX 5080 - £1,099.99
- **Case:** Thermaltake View 290 TG ARGB - £75.46
- **Power Supply:** Montech CENTURY II 1200 W - £120.00

Total: £2,427.96. This should also keep you under budget! Be sure to check if you need a platinum power supply or if the gold one will suffice.

Do you think the Corsair H100i cooler I have would work well with the 9800X3D?

Here's a solid build you might like!

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - £378.99
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE - £35.39
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 - £183.95
- **Memory:** Klevv FIT V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 - £299.99
- **Storage:** Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2 TB NVME SSD - £249.99
- **GPU:** Gainward Phoenix GeForce RTX 5080 - £1,099.99
- **Power Supply:** Montech CENTURY II 1050 W - £99.98

Total: £2,348.28. I didn't add a case since that's a personal choice, but this setup should serve you well for gaming!

You might want to consider a different SSD; the 990 EVO Plus is a bit pricey without a DRAM cache. Maybe look into a Crucial T500 for better performance at a lower price!
