I'm considering setting up a Monitoring Wall for my Sys/Network team. The idea is to keep track of various online services such as Microsoft and other external app outages, monitor our ISP links, check the status of our servers (whether they're online or offline), and track ticketing system KPIs. Does anyone have recommendations for a good app or system to use for this?

From my experience, a WUG map on a large screen can be effective. We use a 55-inch TV for ours, and it looks great while also impressing the higher-ups. It’s a win-win situation!
I’m in the same boat as you! I've started working with CheckMK, but onboarding can be pretty tricky, especially with the free version. It's definitely a time commitment.
I think you should look into how effective this will be. I tried using multiple monitors showing the same data, and honestly, it didn't add much value. Focus on setting up your monitoring tools to notify you about actionable events instead. You can consolidate everything into a single system that fits your budget and needs. Building a KPI dashboard can be more beneficial than a wall of screens that nobody really pays attention to.
Honestly, you might want to reconsider. A Monitoring Wall can often turn into a money pit with little satisfaction. Your energy might be better spent on making your alerts more meaningful. Quick visual cues can definitely help, but it seems like a lot of work for something that could be simplified.
