With so many AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT emerging, managing them has become quite a challenge from an admin's perspective. We're really looking for a platform that can centralize these efforts, providing us the ability to monitor usage, enforce governance and access controls, ensure data privacy policies are followed, manage compliance and logging, and support multi-tenant environments. Right now, it feels like we're piecing things together reactively. Has anyone found a tool that effectively addresses these needs?

Palantir’s AIP offers robust features, but it’s quite an enterprise-level option. It may not fit smaller organizations unless they're already using Foundry.
I'm also interested in a centralized platform! However, the governance aspect, particularly regarding approval processes and data classification, complicates things. It seems many organizations are still trying to assemble proper governance using multiple tools.
Absolutely! The tools help but governance is the real beast. A single solution for everything would be ideal.
I think we're going to see more AI management tools pop up within the next year or so. It feels like right now everyone is either locking things down or trying to patch governance across various tools. I wouldn’t be surprised if a comprehensive AI management platform emerges soon.
Totally agree! We seem to be in early stages where companies are figuring out how to manage AI properly.
Copilot has some built-in management features like Agent 365 and Purview, which do a decent job of overseeing data usage when you're within the Microsoft ecosystem. But once you step outside of that, control can get a bit tricky. Some teams opt for additional layers to manage everything in one spot instead of just relying on Copilot.
True for Microsoft 365, but it’s a bummer that it doesn’t expand to non-Microsoft tools. That’s why many look for an all-in-one solution.
Exactly! A lot of companies are adding tools to better handle data protection outside of Microsoft.
My organization uses devs.ai, and while it meets most needs, integrating with Entra and M365 was a hassle. It’s heavily aligned with Google Workspace, which complicates things if you're more Microsoft-oriented. The usage is high among C-suite and accounting folks, but I’m on the lookout for something friendlier to Microsoft.
I can relate to the challenges with devs.ai and its Google-centric approach. How's the visibility and auditing feature? Are you able to track prompts and data usage well?
We recently implemented nebulaONE, and it's been a good fit. It keeps everything centralized within our Azure tenant, allowing us to deploy various supported models easily.
We use zScaler solely to restrict access to M365 Copilot, which has helped us maintain control effectively.
Have there been issues with users trying to bypass the zScaler block?

Definitely seems more suited for large scale setups rather than casual use.
