I'm about to finalize my PC build, and I want to make sure I haven't missed anything crucial. Here's the link to my planned build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sX9nFZ. Any suggestions or things I should reconsider?

B850 motherboards are usually better since they’re more recent models. Plus, they can be around the same price or cheaper than the 2022 versions. Also, consider DDR5-6000CL28 RGB RAM—it offers improved performance at a similar price point, and brand doesn't really matter.
Everything seems good, but be cautious with Asrock motherboards—they've had issues frying 9800x3d chips. They say a BIOS update fixed the voltage problem, but I’d personally hesitate to risk a $500 CPU in one. You might want to look at the Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX or Gaming X AX V2 instead. Also, the pricing for the 5070 Ti is wild; it's more than the MSRP for the 5080! Bonus points for matching styles if you go with a Gigabyte Eagle RTX 5070 Ti and their motherboard; they look awesome together!
Yeah, a B850 from Gigabyte is probably a better choice; I've seen them work great. In my area, the 5070 Ti is around 884 euros, which isn't awful compared to the 9070 XT.
I have my doubts about your 120mm cooler being sufficient for the CPU. You might want to look into a better cooling solution.
If you're into competitive gaming, consider swapping your monitor for the 240Hz Gigabyte model. It could give you a nice edge. Other than that, your build looks solid!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll be going with a Gigabyte B850. Just a heads-up, though, the CL28 RAM is pretty pricey around here.
