Hey everyone! I'm an enthusiastic gamer and I recently started playing Escape from Tarkov. I've mapped my lean actions to mouse buttons M4 and M5, but I've been having this annoying issue where pressing M5 together with the right mouse button (RMB) causes my cursor to move freely, as if I've alt-tabbed out of the game. This seems to happen in other games as well. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Also, I'm using this wired mouse: [link to mouse].

I already turned off SmartScreen, but the issue keeps popping up.
I checked the link you provided, and it suggests not worrying about drivers or software. But does your mouse have any customization software? If it does, check those settings. If it doesn't, you might want to look for third-party software that can assist. It's odd to have a gaming mouse without its own software, though; I've never encountered that before.
Have you tried both versions of the mouse? If it's related to being blocked by an administrator, you might need to temporarily disable Windows SmartScreen. I remember struggling with a similar problem a while back, but I can't recall if that actually solved it or if I eventually gave up!
