I've been contemplating building my first PC for over a year, but I'm feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. I don't want to spend a fortune only to end up with the wrong parts or something that breaks in a year. I currently play on Xbox with games like Dead by Daylight and Marvel Rivals. My budget is a maximum of £2000. Any advice on affordable and reliable components would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you're looking for a solid gaming experience, a PS5 might be a cheaper option since it covers most games. But if you prefer PC gaming, keep in mind that prices for RAM and storage are pretty high right now. A good idea could be getting a pre-built PC with last-gen DDR4 parts, which can save you some money without sacrificing too much performance.
It would help if you could share any preferences for parts, like if you want RGB lighting or a specific look for your setup. I can help put together a build that's just under your budget and suggest some alternatives to save you money. Let me know what you're thinking!
You're so kind, thank you! Could I add you on Discord if you have it? I couldn’t access your profile for some reason!
With a budget of £2000, you can get some fantastic components! I recommend checking out this list I put together. It’s an excellent AMD streaming build and should fit your needs without breaking the bank. You can find it here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/b3nykD.
