Why Won’t My Laptop Charge Even Though It’s Plugged In?

I'm having trouble with my laptop, which I think is a Victus or Vectys. It won't charge even though I've got it plugged in. I even opened it up to try and troubleshoot, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me figure this out?

The issue might be with the DC jack inside the laptop itself. Another possibility could be the power supply; you might want to check that with a voltmeter before diving further into your laptop. Just remember, the voltage can drop significantly when the computer is drawing power, so keep an eye on that.

Are you checking the outlets and charger too? I switched outlets a couple of times and they worked fine with my phone. I just replaced the charger, so that shouldn’t be the issue.
