I've been having a frustrating issue with Spotify on my web browser. It keeps showing the message "can't play this song right now" and skips through everything else in my queue. To try and resolve it, I logged out and attempted to log back in, but I keep getting a broken webpage that prevents me from doing anything. This problem occurs on my computer, my phone, and the app, which I'm still logged into. I can't contact support because it redirects me to that same login page. I can enter my email, but after that, the page just refreshes without allowing me to input my password. If I try logging in through Google, it lets me choose my account but then takes me back to the same login page. I've cleared my cache and cookies, updated my browser, and restarted my computer, but nothing has worked. This has been ongoing since yesterday, and even resetting my password is impossible because the button to send the reset email is stuck in a loading state. I'm completely at my wits' end, especially since I just had a tonsillectomy. How do I fix this so I can enjoy my music, or should I consider switching to YouTube Premium instead?

I had a similar issue! I turned off the Wi-Fi on my phone, and it loaded perfectly. Maybe give that a shot if you haven’t already.
Have you tried logging out on all your devices and then logging back in? It might also help to use an incognito window or a different browser. If it’s happening across all devices, it could be an issue with your network. You might want to try using your phone on cellular data instead. Also, reaching out to Spotify support could give you more clarity on the problem.
