I want to know if it's possible to use my Steam Deck without logging into my Steam account. I have an account, but I'm looking to play mainly emulators. I've tried different OS options like SteamOS, Nebora handheld, Catchy handheld, and Bazzite, but they all seem to require me to log in. I've managed to run Catchy OS desktop on my Steam Deck, but I'm facing issues getting the controllers to work. I know they work fine on Windows 11 Home, though.

Actually, you don't need to log in with your Steam account for CachyOS and Bazzite! You can use those to run emulators without any account requirements. Just install one of those and you should be good to go!
I'm not sure why you're hesitant to log in. It's pretty straightforward, and you should have access to your games. But if you're adamant about not logging in, try exploring some alternative Linux distributions or setups tailored for emulators.
You might want to check out specific emulator-friendly Linux distros. There are some out there designed for gaming that could give you what you want without the Steam hassle.
