Help! My Windows 11 Laptop Has Lost Functionality After Reinstallation

I recently reinstalled Windows 11 due to an infostealer malware issue, but now I'm having a ton of problems. My touchpad isn't working, Bluetooth can't find my wireless mouse, I can't adjust the brightness, and I have no internet access at all. I think it might be a driver issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you think it's a broader issue after that malware incident, consider running a malware scan to ensure nothing is left behind. Sometimes they can mess with drivers and functionality, and running a proper antivirus can help clear things up.

It sounds like you might need to install the necessary drivers for your laptop. Have you checked the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers? If your laptop came with a driver installation disc, you might also use that. Just remember to do this on a separate device and transfer them via USB if you can't get online.

Another thing to consider is checking your sound settings. If you see an 'x' mark under your sound settings, that probably indicates a driver issue too. You might want to make sure all related drivers are installed properly.
