I recently built a new PC with a 9070XT, 9800X3D, ASUS B650 motherboard, and 32GB of RAM. I installed a Patriot P400 Lite m.2 1TB SSD myself, but I'm having issues. After about a week and a half of use, I've started experiencing stuttering and lag while gaming. My SSD seems to be running at 100% utilization, with write speeds dropping to just KBs. I've tried factory resetting my PC thinking it might fix a potential virus, but no luck. I still have around 771GB free space left. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Try downloading Crystal Disk Info. It can help you check if there are any SMART issues with your SSD. Also, you didn't mention the size or quality of your power supply. That could be affecting your system stability too. Make sure your drivers are up-to-date as well; don’t rely on Windows to handle those automatically.
Are you sure you’re using your dedicated GPU? Sometimes, integrated graphics can kick in, especially on AMD setups. Check your Task Manager to confirm that your 9070XT is being used for rendering. That could help narrow down the issue.
It sounds like your RAM could be a factor. You mentioned you have 32GB, which is great. But what programs are you running when gaming? Sometimes, background applications can hog resources and cause stutter.
I was mainly running RE9 with just Discord for voice chat. I’ve tried closing everything else, but it still lags.

I checked, and it’s definitely the 9070XT handling the graphics. I can't imagine integrated graphics would run RE9 on ultra smoothly anyway.
