Need Help with My First PC Build – Compatibility and Alternatives?

Hey everyone! I'm about to dive into my very first PC build and could really use some advice on my selected parts. I've done a bit of research, but I'm still unsure about the compatibility and whether I'm making the right choices before I invest. Here's what I've gathered:

**CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor

**CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler (comes with thermal paste, right?)

**Motherboard**: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard

**Memory**: Kingston FURY Beast 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory

**Storage**: Silicon Power UD90 1 TB M.2-2280 PCle 4.0 X4 NVME SSD

**Video Card**: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB Video Card

**Case**: Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower Case (I hear pre-installed fans are a thing?)

**Power Supply**: EVGA 750 GQ 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

My budget is $1,500, and I'm looking to stay within that range. I won't be needing any peripherals or monitors; just want a solid setup for playing games like Stalker 2, Helldivers 2, Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, and Elden Ring Nightreign at smooth 60+ fps on ultra/high settings at 1440p, ray tracing is not a must. Also, I'm trying to source these parts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

So, I have a few questions:
1. Is this build well-balanced, and are all the components compatible?
2. Are there any potential issues, and can you suggest any improvements?
3. Are there better parts for the same price or cheaper alternatives?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

You might want to consider alternative CPUs like the 7800x3d or 9800x3d if they're available. They could offer better performance for your budget!

One thing to note is that the CPU cooler comes with thermal paste, so you won't need to buy extra. If you already have a Supernova GQ from 2016, that's fine too, but if you're unsure, maybe look for a more recent model. For the CPU, if the price difference is minor, you might want to consider the 9600X over the 7600X for better performance. Also, your case can only support a limited number of fans, so if it already comes with three, you might not need to purchase additional ones!

Oh, cool! I didn’t know the cooler had paste and the case came with fans. I'm still learning all this, so thanks for clarifying!

If you're looking to save a bit, consider going for a B650 motherboard instead of the B850. Just check what's available locally, it could help keep costs down!

Yeah, I found the prices were pretty similar, so I went with the B850 for future upgrades.
