I've been dealing with blue screen errors (BSOD) ever since I built my new PC last month. The crashes seem to only happen during low workloads, like when I'm watching YouTube or when the system is idle. Interestingly, I've never encountered any BSODs while playing high-demand AAA games or during stress tests. I've run memtest86 without finding any errors and even tried using just one RAM stick, but the BSODs keep occurring. I'm really at a loss here; any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Here are my specs:
- CPU: 9800x3d
- GPU: Gigabyte 9700xt gaming oc ice
- RAM: XPG LANCER DDR5-6000 16Gx2
- Storage: Kingston KC3000 1TB/M.2 PCIe Gen4
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 Stealth Ice
- Power Supply: Lianli SP1000w

Have a look at the Event Viewer under the 'System' section. You're looking for any relevant errors there. If you see event ID 10016 errors, that relates to permission settings and could be a clue. Although they might not directly cause BSODs, it’s still good to address any errors you find. Let me know what you find!
To troubleshoot BSODs, you'll need the dump files, which are crash logs for those errors. If you can boot into Windows normally or via Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like mediafire or catbox.moe. Having multiple dump files will help with the analysis. Also, consider changing your dump type to Small Memory Dump if you haven't already.

The only errors I have are the event ID 10016 errors, and I’m not sure what to do with them. They mention permission settings not granting Local Launch permission for a COM Server application.
