How to Fix Error Spam in Windows 11 Event Viewer?

Since April 17th, I've been experiencing a flood of errors in my Windows 11 Event Viewer. The errors include messages like: "ApiSet Function: QueryStateContainerItemInfo returned with Error Code: -2147020584," along with similar errors for QueryStateAtomValueInfo and DeleteStateAtomValue, all carrying event ID 4 and sourced from appmodel-state. Each error references the process ID 11236, which is linked to Searchhost.exe. Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it?

Just so you know, there's a feedback hub entry for this issue. I think it was created earlier, but I added my own comments on it. You can check it out here: [https://aka.ms/AA10nd97](https://aka.ms/AA10nd97). Might help in tracking the issue.

Make sure you double-check the process that's throwing the errors against your current running processes. I've confirmed mine was indeed Searchhost.exe. The errors popped up more frequently while searching for anything. It definitely seems tied to that recent update.

I'm dealing with the same problem! For me, it's been the PhoneExperienceHost.exe causing the error spam. It's pretty annoying, and it started right after I installed the KB5083631 update.
