I'm currently using a 1660 Super with my 5700X3D, and it's pretty clear I'm experiencing a bottleneck. I've also upgraded to 32GB of RAM before prices skyrocketed, so I'm curious how well this setup would perform across different games at 1080p. Will the 9070XT provide a significant boost?

You're gonna get fantastic performance and high FPS with that combo at 1080p, no doubt about it!
Honestly, the 9070XT is probably more than you need just for 1080p gaming. It's an awesome card, but you're really set for higher resolutions like 1440p if you want.
With that setup, you’re looking at some serious overkill for 1080p. You could actually get away with a less powerful graphics card and save some cash.
Yeah, your specs should even hold up nicely for 1440p or even 4K gaming. The GPU will definitely handle the heavy lifting!
