I'm trying to build my first PC, but it's not posting. I've got the power on, and the DRAM and VGA diagnostic lights are lit, but I'm stuck. I'm using a B650M PG Lightning WiFi motherboard. I've tested each RAM stick in all the slots individually to rule out slot issues, and I've rearranged the PSU cables, but nothing has worked. I suspect it might be the motherboard because I initially used a different one (the B650M-P), and that build worked fine, minus the missing WiFi card. I tried updating the BIOS using the flashback feature, but it just turns solid green every time, even after verifying the process. Has anyone else faced this issue or have any suggestions? Here's a rundown of my build: Cooler Master Elite 301 case, Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 750W power supply, Patriot Viper Venom 32GB RAM, KingSpec 1TB SSD, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, and Thermalright Peerless Assassin CPU cooler.

When you power it on, do you notice if any of the EZ debug lights are stuck on something like DRAM? That could help pinpoint where the problem lies.
Have you waited about 10-15 minutes to see if the memory training runs its course? Sometimes it takes a little while to initialize everything when you're using a new motherboard. Trying that might help!
Definitely different boards can behave in unexpected ways, so it’s worth a shot!
I hadn't tried that yet. I'm on it now, though! I didn't need it with my last build, but maybe this board requires it.
