I'm considering buying the Raijintek Cratos ATX 3.1 Gold in either the 850W or 1000W version because I found it at a very attractive price. The model is listed as Tier A on a popular power-supply tier list, but I'd like to hear from people who have researched or actually used it. Is it reliable, and are there any known issues with this series?

I haven’t used one personally, but it seems to have a solid reputation and is rated highly on the PSU tier list. I also haven’t come across reports of widespread failures or serious problems, so it should be a reasonable choice at a good price.
The 850W and 1000W models look like capable ATX 3.1 units, and the high-tier classification is a good sign. As long as the price is competitive and the wattage matches your system’s needs, either should work well. I’d still check the warranty and connector layout before ordering.
