I'm using KDE Neon, and I've tried to set up tap-to-click for my touchpad in both Wayland and X11. However, when I get to the login screen, it seems I can't use tap-to-click at all. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this working?

Just a heads up, for technical queries, try to include any error messages or unusual behavior you're experiencing. It helps others assist you better!
Are you referencing the SDDM login manager? Sometimes the settings don’t apply until after you log in. If that's your case, you might wanna try using the actual mouse button for clicks until the desktop environment loads. It's a bit of a hassle, but it works!
Remember to always include details about your distro and any hardware specs when asking for help. It can really make a difference! Also, if you want a quick command reference, check this out: termbin.com/9jjq.
Yeah, but I don’t have a physical button on my touchpad. However, I switched to a terminal-like login screen and everything is fine now!
