I built my first PC a few days ago, and everything seemed normal until today. It has started making a strange wavering or pulsing noise. It is not extremely loud, but it is annoying when sitting next to the computer. I think the sound may become slightly more noticeable as the CPU temperature increases. I recorded two videos for reference. The system uses an AIO cooler, but I have not yet confirmed whether the pump is running at a fixed speed.

Since you’re using an AIO cooler, the pump is a likely source. Check its speed in the BIOS or your motherboard’s control software. Many AIO pumps are best run at a steady 70–100% rather than constantly ramping up and down, since changing speeds can create a wavering noise.
I checked, and the AIO pump is not set to a fixed speed.
It could also be a case or radiator fan ramping up slightly and causing a vibration. A fan with a minor imbalance can produce a pulsing or wavy sound, especially as temperatures change. Try listening near each fan, the pump, and the power supply to pinpoint exactly where it is coming from.
