I'm trying to install Hannah Montana Linux v26 alongside Windows 10 so I can choose which operating system to start when the computer boots. What's the safest way to set up the partitions and bootloader without affecting my existing Windows installation?

You could run it in a virtual machine instead of changing your disk layout. That lets you try the system while keeping your Windows installation untouched.
I’ve already tested it in a virtual machine, but I’d prefer a real dual-boot setup.
