I'm building a gaming PC with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and 2TB of storage. I can get either a Zotac Trinity RTX 4070 Ti or an Asus Dual RTX 5070 for around 40,000 Turkish lira. Which graphics card would be the better choice for gaming? Also, would an 850W Gold-rated power supply be enough for this system?

I’d also consider the amount of VRAM before deciding. Both of these standard models are commonly 12GB cards, which may become limiting in some future games at higher resolutions and settings. If you can find an RTX 4070 Ti Super with 16GB for a similar price, that could be a stronger long-term option. AMD’s RX 9070 XT is another card worth comparing if it’s available locally and priced competitively.
An 850W Gold PSU is more than enough for either card with a 7800X3D. Even 750W should generally be sufficient, but 850W gives you extra headroom for future upgrades. Make sure it’s a reputable unit with the appropriate modern GPU power connector.
At the same price, the RTX 5070 is probably the better pick. It’s newer, more power-efficient, uses GDDR7, and has a newer feature set. Just check independent reviews for the exact Asus model before buying.
