Since you don’t need to keep any files, the simplest option is to use Windows’ built-in reset feature. Open Settings, go to System > Recovery, choose Reset this PC, then select Remove everything. If prompted, choose Cloud download or Local reinstall; Cloud download may need several gigabytes of temporary space and a reliable internet connection. Keep the laptop plugged in and don’t interrupt the reset. A 58 GB drive is extremely small, so Windows may continue running low on space afterward. Uninstalling unused apps and enabling Storage Sense can help, but adding a larger SSD or using external storage may be the long-term solution.
