I'm currently in a junior DevOps position and new to the field. Although I'm not in a senior role, it seems I've become the main point of contact for several applications after my senior migrated them to a more stable state. Without much prior experience in DevOps, I find myself struggling with some issues that end up taking way too long to resolve. I often face imposter syndrome, feeling like everyone knows I don't really have it all figured out. My responsibilities have piled up, often requiring new implementations that I feel unprepared for. I'm starting to feel really drained, and I'm thinking about taking a few days off to recover. Any tips on how to manage this better and avoid burnout?

Try to shift your focus from blame to learning. It sounds like you're in a high-pressure environment, but having a blame-free culture can really help. Reflect on those mistakes and think about preventive steps for next time. Taking breaks can also help, but the real goal should be to create a better work balance so you don’t feel burnt out in the first place.
It's super important to protect your time! Set boundaries on your work hours and stick to them, especially don't work late unless it’s an absolute emergency. It's okay to say no when tasks pile up too high.
I like that perspective. I might bring this up in my one-on-one to see how we can make things smoother for everyone.
