I bought a Xeneon Edge about a month ago and it worked perfectly alongside my Samsung G8 until my PC suddenly powered off. Since then, Windows is identifying my main monitor as the Xeneon Edge, and I can only use one display at a time instead of both. The PC is about three months old and uses a Radeon 9070 XT with a Ryzen 7 7700X. Both monitors are currently connected through DisplayPort, and I also have HDMI and USB-C available. Could this be a monitor, cable, port, driver, or PC issue?

Start by checking Windows display and monitor drivers. Open Device Manager, expand Monitors, right-click each display, and choose Update driver or check its Properties. Then open Display Settings and use Detect to see whether both screens appear; make sure the correct monitor is selected as the main display. Since both are using DisplayPort, also try swapping cables or ports, and test one monitor over HDMI if possible.
I’ll try that when I’m home. I currently have both monitors connected through DisplayPort, but I also have one HDMI port and a USB-C connection available.
