How Can I Find My School’s WiFi Password Using Linux?

I'm really struggling to connect to my school's WiFi because they seem to have the password locked down. I've tried a bunch of tips I've found online, but nothing has worked for me. My friend and I have been at it for a while now, and we're just looking for a reliable way to get that password. Any suggestions?

One of the easiest ways is to generate a QR code on a phone or laptop that’s already connected. If you know someone who has the password, they can create a QR code that will allow you to join without needing the actual password. But honestly, be careful – getting the password without permission can lead to some serious consequences like being kicked off the network.

As someone who's worked with school IT, I have to warn you: if you somehow figure out the WiFi password, there's a good chance your device will get flagged and booted off the network almost immediately. Schools typically monitor these things closely, so it's not a great idea to try unauthorized access.

Yeah, I remember my school didn't seem to mind too much when I brought in multiple phones for my friends to connect, though. It really depends on the school's policy.
