A new bar started appearing at the bottom of Chrome on my phone whenever I scroll upward. It contains the Home button, an option to open a new tab, and a button showing all currently open tabs. The bar pops up repeatedly and is annoying, but I can't find a setting to disable it. Is there a way to hide or turn it off?

Could you add a screenshot of the bar? That would make it easier to identify whether it is Chrome's built-in bottom toolbar or something added by another app. On most phones, you can take a screenshot with the Power and Volume Down buttons pressed together.
