I'm planning to buy this PC in Turkey mainly for 1440p gaming. The parts are a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RX 9070 XT, Sapphire Nitro+ B850M WiFi motherboard, 16GB DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, 1TB Kioxia Exceria Pro G2 NVMe SSD, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB cooler, FSP Vita GM 850W Gold modular PSU, and an NZXT H5 Flow RGB case. I currently plan to use one 16GB RAM stick and add a second matching stick later. Does this look well balanced, and is there anything I should change before buying?

The main thing to address is the single 16GB RAM stick. Running one module means single-channel memory, which can reduce performance and cause lower or less consistent frame rates in some games. If possible, buy a matched 2x16GB DDR5-6000 CL30 kit now; otherwise, add an identical module as soon as you can rather than mixing different memory kits.
That’s a strong build for 1440p and could reasonably be considered high-end rather than mid-range. The CPU and GPU should handle modern games very well, and the 850W Gold power supply gives you plenty of headroom.
