Hey everyone! I'm a Windows user thinking about switching to Linux since Windows 10 support is ending. Here are my PC specs: 1. Nvidia GT 750M 2. Intel i7 4th generation 3. 8GB RAM 4. SSD and external hard drive. I mainly develop web apps and low-level C++. Do you think these specs are enough to run Arch with Hyprland? Or will it be too resource-heavy? Also, if you have any distro recommendations that might work better for my system, I'm all ears! Learning curve doesn't worry me since I've followed Linux stuff for a while and I'm pretty tech-savvy.

Absolutely, your setup should handle Hyprland just fine! Even users with much weaker machines have reported decent experiences running it.
I ran Hyprland on a dual-core Celeron, and while it was a bit laggy, it worked well enough!
Honestly, people have managed to run Hyprland on much less powerful devices, so I think you're good to go.
