I've just assembled a PC with new parts, but I can't get it to show the BIOS screen. The system powers on and the RGB DDR5 memory lights up, but my monitor isn't receiving an HDMI signal and the graphics card fans don't spin. I believe I connected all the necessary cables, and the parts should be compatible. What connections or assembly steps should I double-check, especially for the graphics card and power supply?

This sounds like a graphics card power or connection issue. Recheck every cable from the power supply, making sure the motherboard’s 24-pin connector and CPU power connector are fully seated, along with every required PCIe power cable connected directly to the graphics card. Also make sure the card is completely inserted into the motherboard’s top PCIe slot and that the monitor cable is plugged into the graphics card rather than the motherboard. Some GPU fans stay off at idle, so that alone doesn’t necessarily indicate a problem.
I checked the visible connections, but I’m still not sure whether the graphics card needs another dedicated power cable or if I missed a motherboard connection.
