I'm planning my first PC build in Ireland and would appreciate advice on which parts are worth keeping and which might be better replaced. The current list is: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Vision V2 Flow case, Gigabyte B850 Eagle WiFi 6E AM5 motherboard, ASUS Dual RX 9060 XT 16GB graphics card, Ryzen 5 9600X processor, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 memory, MSI MAG A850GL PCIe 5 850W 80+ Gold power supply, Samsung 980 1TB SSD, and a Corsair Nautilus RS 360mm liquid CPU cooler. The total is about €1,700. I'm mainly wondering whether the cooling, memory, storage, and overall component choices make sense for the price.

A 360mm liquid cooler is much more than the Ryzen 5 9600X needs. A good dual-tower air cooler should handle it easily, cost less, and avoid the extra pump and radiator complexity. You could also compare the price of 32GB Patriot Viper DDR5 kits, since they may offer better speed or value than the Corsair kit. The Samsung 980 is fine, but a less expensive NVMe SSD would be perfectly adequate unless you specifically need very high sustained transfer speeds.
