Is the Kingston NV3 1TB worth saving €60 over the Samsung 990 EVO Plus?

I'm nearly ready to build my first PC, but SSD prices are making the decision difficult. I found a Kingston NV3 1TB for €150 and a Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB for €210. I'd normally choose the cheaper drive, but I've heard concerns about the NV3 failing relatively early, and I want this SSD to last until prices become more reasonable. I don't feel comfortable buying a used SSD, even though I managed to find used 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36 memory for €350. Which drive would be the better choice?

Someone also asked about the price of a Western Digital SN7100 as another option. At €230, though, it costs more than the Samsung, so it doesn’t look especially appealing if your main choices are the €150 Kingston and €210 Samsung.

The SN7100 is €230 here, so that would be outside the budget I’m trying to stick to.
